A happy ending, thanks to Sireg Hydros, the municipality of Tertenia (Nuoro, Italy) successfully fought against the water emergency occurred in summer 2021. The Sardinian municipality faced a drastic lack of drinking water for its citizens until it found a solution in record time by renting a new seawater desalination plant from Sireg Hydros, capable of supplying 120 tons of drinking water per day.
